TROY – Covington faced Troy Christian for the second time this season and defeated the Eagles in three straight sets 25-16, 25-15, 25-11.

Earlier in the year it took Covington four sets to beat Troy Christian, but Thursday was a much more dominating performance as the Lady Buccs controlled the action throughout. The win boosts Covington’s record to 5-6 overall and 5-3 in the TRC.

Covington JV’s suffered a loss 14-25, 19-25. Their record is now 8-3 overall and 6-2 in the league. 

The Lady Buccs will travel to Jackson Center on Saturday at 9:00am.
