COVINGTON – Covington played host to the Milton-Union Bulldogs on Tuesday night and captured victories in both varsity and reserve contests.

In varsity action, the Lady Buccs defeated Milton in three straight sets 25-18, 25-13, 25-9.

The Lady Buccs got out to a fast start in the opening set, but Milton battled back to force a timeout by Covington. From there the Lady Buccs dominated the rest of the night.

The Lady Buccs are now 8-10 overall and 8-3 in the TRC.

In junior varsity action Covington defeated MU 25-14, 25-16. They are now 11-4, (9-2).

Covington will play at league leading Lehman Catholic on Thursday.
