PIQUA – The Covington golf team competed against Piqua, Newton and Fort Loramie on Tuesday and finished second with a team score of 150.

Newton won the match by one stroke with a score of 149, while Piqua was their (161) and Fort Loramie was fourth (168).

Bryson Hite led the Buccs with an even par score of 36, while Matt Dieperink score a 37, Cameron Haines a 38 and Sam Grabeman a 39. Connor Humphrey carded a 44 and Levi Weldy rounded out the scoring with a 51.
